Not resolved

I have paid an advance in October 2013 for the tour to occur in Feb 2014. we are about 7 of us to go on the tour. Communication went well until the agreed advance payment as arranged by the company. I have tried to contact the contact person of the company and there was no response received. Tried making phone calls to all the contact numbers, but phone numbers were disabled. The website also closed now.

According to the website this travel agent is the registered company with the Ministry of Tourism, New Delhi, India.

Whatever we paid to the is a loss. They sent me an invoice by e-mail for the payment I made.

Monetary Loss: $300.
